Monday morning and I'm down another 1 1/2lbs! I was kinda hovering there @ 241lbs for a while, but tried to just stick with my diet even though my exercise has been suspect the last few weeks. Not sure that I've ever lost so much weight with doing so little physical exercise. I don't really want to make that my norm, but I'll take what I can get right now. I'll stick with the swimming this week as my knee is all inflamed and tender.
