At least it's not any more!

I've been feeling a lot better the last few days knowing that I can maintain my weight and that I don't have to fall victim to any silly overseas weight gain trap!
59.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
