Try to remember how you lost that 50 pounds a year ago and that is what you need to do again. That is advice for me too, I need to take my own advice, this is a Ah Ha moment for me. I am struggling too because I seem to be maintaining versus losing. Its okay to struggle, we all do it but we need to find a way to get back doing what we know works. I also went on a trip and gained a bit and it is hard to get back on track. So what can we both do to get ourselves back on track??? I am 66 and I find sometimes I just get tired of it all, doing this all my life but I do not like the alternative of gaining so I keep at it. And you will too. ((hugs))
