sorry guys , ain't been about. had a bereavement , a mate only 52 massive heat attack. why is it we always do what we know is no good and eat through our emotions. well according to bathroom ww scales I rocketed to 23st 13 . well in this last week I've tried getting back on track in my head and it's paid off. now to keep this positive thoughts going ahead.

Sorry for your loss .. life is so cruel and we all find ourselves turning to some comfort food to help with our emotions.. try and keep focused .. it will get better 👍

Sorry for your loss. Stress is a awful thing and makes me in particular over booze. So I can understand if the weight stays the same, if your sad it hard to keep to a diet. But your doing ok and you will get. BAck into things slowly. Take care
