Comments I am getting more determined because I am seeing results. I don’t feel as hungry any more. When I do get an urge to eat something that I have put on my no list, I try to wait it out and drink some water instead. I am forcing myself to walk around my house for 30 minutes every day even if it’s only 10 minutes at a time. I have health issues that makes exercise difficult. Eventually I am going to be able to exercise in the pool but I am not allowed by my dr. to do that yet. So I’m doing the best I can. I know eventually this unbelievable rate of weight loss will decrease and will also plateau. Hoping by that time I will be cleared to walk, jog, and exercise in the pool. My form of Mall walking is doing walking circuits in my house, especially in our rainy pacific climate during the winter 🚶‍♀️

great job!! I have similar exercise limitations, but discovered walking in place/marching and have increased my steps by 1000 per day🚶‍♀️ and I can hold onto something for balance 😎. Keep up the good work, you're doing great!

you are doing a fine job my doctor won't let me exercise either but soon I hope I think it makes it a little harder though I can walk outside ☺️

I will walk my dog and go to the pool but still not going to boot camp or the gym. I like to get up and march in place or jog on the spot when I am watching tv at night - gets a couple thousand more steps in.

We’ll have to do the ELC “Exercise Limited Club”. But I’m proud of us, even with injuries and inflammation we are doing it - one limp at a time. I too was doing warm pool Watsu and swimming until lock down stuff. That sounds so good.
