Yesterday I exercised for six hour, dieted correctly and still put in 0.6 Kilos. Some times the body has its own rhythms...

Still during march I've been loosing a lot of weight, even more that calculated from calories in/out math. So a small set back was expected.

Everything going fine...
100.2 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
