Thank you Stef! I never forgot you all this time. I guess I just needed a break to settle into the new me after the 50 lbs of fat that went away! Can you believe how much we've lost? Still, somehow we have to do the final lap, whatever that will be. I still trust my body as long as I keep doing the right things. I just have to keep on track and not forget its all about health, happiness and being free of this burden we had carried around. You know, I really believe losing weight is really about losing old outworn ways of doing things, thinking and even old emotions that don't suit us or were somehow not quite the right ones, for ourselves.
