I recently found this great podcast that talks a lot about those slips which can turn into slides in the wrong direction. It's called Half Size Me and is available on Apple Music, Spotify, etc. So helpful with concrete tools and inspiration. I listen to it all the time. Keep trying and remember this is a journey and these things will happen, but if you keep going, it's a little blip in the radar. The goal is to never stop.

Commit to one day of living your plan, then the next day do that again. Or not. Feeling you have a choice (or not) can be a sticky point. Write your food plan like a to-do list and cross through "tasks" you've completed (eaten). Don't add to your "task" list. Then focus on other enjoyments. Best wishes finding your mojo!

We all have difficult times during our journey to better health. Don't beat yourself up when you don't do what you know you should do. Just remember you big WHY for doing this and get back on track at the next meal/snack.

For me tracking before I eat keeps my head pointed the right direction.
