I am now following 'My Own Regime" since I simply cannot afford the Dukan Diet. but, heh, it's working, so, I'm chuffed. :)

90.6 kg Lost so far: 7.4 kg. Still to go: 20.6 kg. Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Losing 1.1 kg a Week
