this is my first day with Fat secret. i will try it out for a few weeks and see what it has to offer me.

Me too! Good luck! I've been trying to track with a diet journal and calorie/fat book, and it's tough to keep track of everything!

Hey Midgie - Welcome aboard! Lots of folks here willing to help, so jump right in and get to know some...and don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it! (best tip: track your food here daily, so if you do run into a snag...people can see what you are taking in each day, and be able to suggest some alternatives.) Also, Take your measurements! Down the road you may have a time when your body slows down to re-calibrate itself and adjust, however, a lot of people find they continue to lose inches during that time. (don't rely just on the scale to give you the full picture of whether you are doing things correctly.) Good luck to you!
