The OWL phase is going well and I am losing weight steadily. Staying forcused this time around has helped me tremendously. I'm not looking for instant results, yet I'm losing weight gradually and keeping it off. I began this year weighing 213 lbs and currently weigh 191!! I have lost 22 lbs!! In the past, I would have wanted to lose that in one month like on The Biggest Loser. I would get so discouraged if I didn't see fantastic and instant results. This time around, I am losing at a steady pace and keeping it off. Thank God for patience!! I'm truly grateful. ;-)
