My diet break is over and I actually maintained my weight🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️ even without eating well and working out😀 but now I’m excited to go back to working out and shedding the last 6kgs and maybe more💪🏽
76.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
