How are you planing on achieving it? As I’m also trying to lower my body fat

Hi amritazxe, I have been on this journey for a long time now. Cutting weight, gaining weight, getting stronger, occasionally getting too heavy and having to cut again 😂... So for me this isn't the tricky bit.
Basically, I weight train hard once a week, I run, climb and cycle for fun and fitness, I keep my protein intake high, and eat about 300 calories less than my body needs each day.
However, from your profile you look very slim anyway so I would suggest talking to a trainer who really knows their stuff as I'm not a Pro, plus it's difficult to lose fat and maintain muscle if you're already lean

You set some pretty tough goals there Matt 8% body fat is lower then people think it takes a lot of muscle to replace that kind of fat loss as well as maintaining good luck with your goals 👍

@mankind69 yes it's fairly tough but I like to give myself some leeway over the winter to eat in a slight calorie surplus and focus on increasing my weights in the gym and hopefully adding a little more lean mass.
My trainer caliper tested me at 9.6% last night so not far to go.
Thanks for the well wishes 🙂
