I'm new. my name is casey. I'm a 48byear old that never cares about her weight. now I have bad issues with my blood pressure so I'm on a no salt diet. I weighed 240 lbs. now I am 226. I cut the caffeine too. this is what I want to weight. I might go lower then that.
