This water weight thing is hard to get my head around- I don’t really think yesterday’s run and calorie counting resulted in this much weight loss- but I can’t deny that I’m more than 9 lbs down from two weeks ago. If it was all water weight I would have thought it would have flushed out during the first week. Hey, I’m happy!
81.5 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
