down a total of 60.8 lbs. YIPEEEEEE!!!!! lost 1 pound this week, could have been better, but i had weekend with dessert and on tues. it seemed like all i wanted to do was eat. i didn't really eat bad things just more than i should have. i was a little bummed this week, having issues with a family member that has me a little upset and stressing(i'm trying not to)and it was also the one year anniversary of my dad's death. i thought i was dealing with things okay, but life has a funny way of throwing things in your face sometimes. anyway this week at WW we have a "traveling journal", each week someone different takes the journal home and tracks for that week, then you return it and someone new has it. i volunteered this week, i figured it will keep me motivated to stay on the straight and narrow. wish me luck.
