I am so fed up of my weight fluctuating between losing 4lb and putting 4lb on ! It’s the weekends. I drank too much on Saturday and I know I blew my calories because of that :-(
90.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
