Tapi turunnya uda jauh bgt lho walaupun stuck 😍. Cek lingkar badan jg jgn2 lingkar badan tetep mengecil. Kl lingkar badan jadi kecil berarti massa otot naik dan massa lemaknya turun cuma di timbangan ga kliatan
