well I went at least 10percent over every day. That is why I gained. I also only exersised twice.
but I lost 8.5 inches total inches in one month so this is great.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
