Post-vacation poundage. I'm not worried... I lost alot of flexibility when I didn't exercise for 9 days, but had no other problems jumping back in. Guess sitting in the car for 4 days had something to do with it.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
