Friday and Saturday were terrible as far as eating habits go. I tried to keep the portions small but the food was just so unhealthy. I missed my Saturday workout because I had to repair the garbage disposal but got in a grueling workout Sunday and I want good workouts tonight and Tuesday. Daylight Savings is almost here and it will be time to hit the trail.
