Had a day out today, but overall it went pretty well. Had my low-cal. breakfast. Went to TGIFridays for lunch and had split the santa fe salad, no dressing. Then we went to the mall and I got a small birthday cake dippin dots, hopefully that wasn't to bad, I can't find the calories anywhere (also can't find cal. for the salad). For dinner I had soup and a sandwich, and for a snack I had some turkey and a 90 cal. snack pack. I went and got the wii game 'my fitness coach' today, I got it at a game store brand new and saved $10! I am really excited and am going to try it out on thursday. Hopefully I will love it. :) I am seeing the pounds shedding and am so excited!! Can't wait to be in a size 10!
