I took much needed time off from work and enjoyed time with my family in Texas. No counting calories, no weigh ins, no stress, just fun and relaxation. I gained less than expected. Back to my normal routine until my brother, his wife and my son come for a weekend visit. I'll kinda watch my diet! :>) Enjoy your day everyone!
