I decided to get back to dieting again. The weight has slowly crept back on. As I got too comfortable with life. Today was the first day and it was hard. My daughter and niece kept laughing at me because all I was talking about was how hungry I was. By mid afternoon, when I had a 100 calorie mixed salad I calmed down and I was able to finish the day. Making dinner was fun, I could smell everything and just looked forward to the first hot meal of the day. I tried my best not to break into song just seeing the food cooking in the pots. I am kind of looking forward to tomorrow. One step back in the right direction. I hope I handle being back on diet better than today 🤣🤣🤣
