Yesterday I had dinner on a Japanese restaurant. That made difficult to know my calorie intake.
Anyway I think I didn't do that bad at all...
103.3 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
