And day three is here, along with another pound of water weight loss. Even though I've been through this before, I'm reminded that when your body carries around a lot of water when it's got to deal with crappy food intake. I'm ready to start losing some real fat/weight now. And I made it to day three without killing anything! Here's to living on less sugar and more whole foods!
