ok so i didn’t do anything but eat (and donate blood) yesterday so i really thought i was at least gonna stay the same IF NOT pick up a few, but turns out i lost !!
remember you don’t have to do any type of extreme diet or exercise in order to see results - always listen to your body ❤️
76.8 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
