Frustrated. No pounds lost, no pounds gained (thankfully!) in the past week. I want to see some difference!
101.2 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 33.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

you ARE doing super great. i understand why you'd be frustrated. could you switch up your diet for a week or so? seems to be my word of wisdom for the night :) but maybe cut fruit back out, or if you are having breads/pastas, etc. maybe take them back out and see if that helps! regardless, don't get too down b/c you really have done super!

Thanks for the words of encouragement! I actually have yet to incorportate carbs or starches back into my diet. As for fruit, I eat grapes maybe 2 days out of 7 and a pear maybe once a week. I consume 900 - 1400 calories a day (much lower than pre-diet!) and burn anywhere from 1000 to 2500 calories a day just from the work I do... just hoping the weight would drop off faster I guess. I have started doing pilates twice a week - which I love! - and I think this increase in activity will help.
