This morning I weighed and I was down 5 pounds. I think it was just a coincidence, but i think it is going to help me to stick to it..I have done really well today, and hope that i can keep up with it. I had to throw away my favorite pair of jeans yesterday, because they were falling off of me, and I am gaining big pile for ebay! I tried on 4 pair of pants yesterday, and every single pair just fell of of me, they were all like 2 in. to big...this has happened over 1 year! It's really exciting, I can't wait to lose all the weight, so that I can go out on a shopping spree and buy an entire new wardrobe - because nothing will fit me anymore...As of right now, I have lost 20 pounds since last year, and 15 more to go. I am babysitting my niece and they have a wii at their house. This weekend I am going to go buy the wii game 'My fitness coach'. Has anyone used this with sucess. I am hopeing it will halp me. Has anyone used this and had sucess with it - if so let me know if it is worth the money? I am hopeing that I can find it in town, and that it will help me lots.
Well, sorry that I wrote so much, I guess I had alot to say - I don't even know if anyone reads these, but it helps me to write them. I guess i need to go. If anyone reads this and has sucess with 'my fitness coach' (or found it a waste of money) - please let me know!
Well I am off for now...I will write again tomorrow if I can find the time...it will be a busy day.
