바게트 3/4개, 반은 버터 발라서.
달걀 2개 버터에 프라이
치킨핑거 2개, 테이터탓 6개.
미숫가루 꿀 넣어서 2컵.
52.0 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
