Still losing weight. I followed the diet exactly since the weekend and have had some great workouts this week but will take it easy tonight probably just sticking to the weights. Counting down the days until daylight savings! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP DRINKING SOFT DRINKS!!!!!!!!
