午餐小饅頭兩顆 菇類豆芽菜 魚片 感覺太多
還有起士麵包兩片 總之澱粉太多
還有泡沫紅茶 咖啡凍 今天亂了步調
75.8 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 22.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
