I have been doing HIIT and Intermittent fasting every day and I have been running uphill at least three days a week. There was a time when the weight did not go down even though I was doing the same things every single day but I learned that the body works in ways we cannot anticipate or predict but if we stick to our plans finally the breakthrough comes through and we are able to reach a new high. In my case it has been reaching the 174lbs range. Now my new goal is to reach 170 lbs. There might be some plateaus I have to deal with before I hit 170 or 168 but at least now I know and sort of expect a plateau or a time where the body needs to readjust to the new weight, the new diet, the new amount of calories. I have also bought a food scale and now I am in the process of finding a way I can measure my intake of proteins in grams. I also need to know if I am going to be okay without feeling hungry when eating less protein. I am still making salads, I am working on salad dressings and combination of vegetables. I am writing down the results of maintaining a keto diet.
