85.5 现在明白了外景环境的重要性。每天输入体重和饮食,控制热量多喝水,能骑自行车醋开车,不去刻意跑步体重也瘦下来了。开启新的一天,继续瘦下来,距25号还有3天,好好吃饭,实现小目标84斤!
