Well, I don't fully believe the scale - I stepped on it this morning before my workout and it actually said 145.4. I don't understand how I went from 148 on Wednesday to about 145 today, so I weighed myself after my workout too and it was at 146.4, so have decided to record that weight instead. I still don't really believe it so expect when I weigh myself next week that I'll be back up a bit.

But, if the scale is right, then that's great :)
66.4 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I was the same way this week.. Tuesday I was 156.. today i was 154.. Im gunna wait for the weight in and see what the scale says then.. 3 days 2 pounds.. RIGHT! I weight myself in the morning on the same scale b4 i eat anything.. Just to be sure..

Yeah that's usually when I weigh myself as well, in the morning before I eat anything. Last wednesday I had actually weighed myself in the evening and on the weekend it was in the morning, so maybe that's where the issue is... I'll be weighing myself again at the gym tonight so do expect there to be an increase.
