I thought I gained my 2kg that I lost last 2 weeks ago but when I weigh in.. It still has its 2kg lost... I realise that my body liked the routine am doing.. Swimming 1x a week and then recovery for 4days. I know the recovery seems to be long but I think its because my mind and things are stressful lately so my body needs to cope up to everything that is going on me. I'm just thankful that I didn't gain weight again... I will try to stick on 2x swimming max.. So to add some activities.
