ive been straying a bit away from FS recently in favor of the app “Lose it!”

The scanner for barcodes works much better, and has many more options to choose from! Saves lots of time not having to enter in an entire nutrition label when you can’t find it on the dropdown menu. My only complaint is there’s a bit more restrictions on the service, and i can’t track my macros, so i alternate between the two apps counting deficits vs fat/carb/protein intake. I also started OMAD intermittent fasting a few weeks ago as you may have heard and after fretting a bit about hormonal water retention, i’m losing again! Very happy with where i am right now. If only i could get rid of the loose skin now…
