Have been really counting my calories and fat content and even managed a wee run last night in the snow lol felt amazing, might even get that bikini on for holidays on 29th March :-)
67.6 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
