finally seeing the scale move towards my goal weight. It's been a very busy dry season so far. I think framing this house 🏠is helping me burn calories. Also figured out that I need to adjust my daily caloric intake down. That should have been a no brainer as I drop weight but it took me like 6 weeks to figure out why I kept hovering at around the same weight for so long. Hope Y'all are having a great day.
