又忙到沒時間回文,其實沒吃什麼好料的啦,星期一的體重總是會高一點嘛,星期五會則低一點。現在已養成每餐都吃差不多份量的食物,也沒在秤食材重量了,然後白天勞動多了晚上就沒去運動了..
