Fridays can be cheat days.....right?? I want a takeaway

One thing i've learnt is not to deprive yourself, if you fancy something, have it but in moderation. Three weeks into calorie counting, 5kgs down and ive still had takeaways and chocolate when I have fancied them. You only live once!
