Had alot of champagne and bad food choice on Saturday night and this my friends is the result

I am disappointed but it shows that the last few kilos are a challenge and EVERYTHING counts --I am back on track - All good
62.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
