Yay! I hit my second goal of 220! My total loss is 24 Lbs!!! I am now changing my goal weight to 210. I expect to reach that goal my March 1st...lets see how it goes.
99.6 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
