Weight loss has slowed significantly, as expected. Substituted a protein bar for breakfast today since I wasn't hungry for food. We'll see how that goes.
80.0 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
