had a bit of a freakout over the numbers this week seeing they went up consistently over a couple days, but calmed down after my partner gently reminded me (TMI) my period was coming up and i was just retaining water. This put me a little at ease and today, like i was assured, i’m back down at my regular weight and then some. decreased my goal weight to 150 as 170 is creeping up on me.
on a side note, does anyone have any tips to firm up loose skin? ive been working out pretty consistently and though im so happy to have lost as much weight as i have, i could do without the rolls and wrinkles ):
