Ok, so I'm up two pounds since the beginning of the week and I'm feeling mighty upset about it. I've been exercising very regularly and been having small meals. But still, the progress is in the opposite direction. I've been around this block before, and I know that it will eventually start going down, but it's still not very encouraging, especially when you rely on that scale for an extra bit of motivation. Oh well, I'll just have to do without it.
On the bright side, I ran up the subway stairs yesterday and didn't feel like coughing my lungs out! The running is really improving my cardio!
