Geez "maintanance" is just as tough as weightloss! I finally hit my goal in Feb this year but have quickly bounced back up 5-6kg and have been struggling to get them back off. it not like when you get to your goal you just magically stay there! frustrating but this is a lifelong journey for me and I must stay on track and continue tracking what I eat otherwise I fear that I will spiral out of control. Not easy but giving up on myself is not an option!
