I've been swimming in the ocean lately and loving it. Not sure why the weight is lingering. I've been limiting calories under 2k. I think I need to jump start weight loss with a day of fasting. I will start today with a partial fast then all day tomorrow.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The suggestion for men is to keep the calories around 1600/day. At 2000, you're closer to a maintenance level, so the weight will come off at a snail's pace.
