down another pound! When i hit 224, that will be the lowest i have been in over 6 years! I am still feeling good and motivated. I am very proud of myself-especially when i can wear clothes that have been hanging in my closet for years!
101.8 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
