Last daily weigh-in. Now I go to weekly. The daily was so I could ananlyze the effectiveness of the diet for jump-starting my weight loss. So far, so good. It hasn't slowed down yet...
80.7 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
